1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how 1005 Intelligence Labs ("1005 Labs", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal data when you visit 1005labs.com, enquire about our products, submit one of our forms, or communicate with us. It covers our products and services, including Flash, our AI WhatsApp outreach product for real-estate businesses.

When you submit information through a Meta lead form or another campaign form, 1005 Labs is responsible for the information we receive. Meta also processes information under its own privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact details, such as your name, work email, phone number, and WhatsApp number.
  • Business details, such as your company, role, business type, team size, enquiry volume, market or city, and how your team currently uses WhatsApp.
  • Enquiry and communication data, including the information you provide in forms, calls, email, WhatsApp messages, product demonstrations, and support requests.
  • Website and device data, such as pages viewed, referral source, browser, device, IP address, and analytics or advertising identifiers collected through cookies and similar tools.
  • Service data supplied by customers when we provide our products, subject to the relevant customer agreement and instructions.

3. How we use information

We use personal data for specific business purposes, including to:

  • respond to enquiries and assess eligibility for a pilot or demo;
  • contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp about the request you made;
  • provide, operate, support, and improve our products and services;
  • understand campaign performance and improve our website and marketing;
  • protect our systems, prevent misuse, and maintain security; and
  • meet contractual, accounting, and legal obligations.

We process information with your consent, to take steps you request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, for legitimate business uses permitted by law, or to meet a legal obligation. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

4. WhatsApp, Meta, and marketing communication

If you provide a phone number or WhatsApp number and ask to hear from us, we may use it to follow up on your enquiry, qualify your business needs, schedule a demonstration, and share information relevant to Flash or another product you asked about.

You can stop marketing messages at any time by replying "STOP", asking us during a call, or emailing us. Service or transactional messages may continue when they are necessary to fulfil an active request or contract.

5. How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share it with:

  • service providers that support hosting, forms, CRM, communications, analytics, security, and business operations;
  • platforms you use to interact with us, including Meta and WhatsApp;
  • professional advisers, auditors, regulators, or authorities when reasonably necessary or required by law; and
  • a successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganisation, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We expect service providers to use personal data only for the services they provide to us and to protect it appropriately.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including providing services, following up on an enquiry, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.

Lead records that do not become an active customer relationship are generally reviewed for deletion within 24 months. We may retain a limited suppression record so we can honour an opt-out request. You can ask us to delete your information sooner using the contact details below.

7. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Some service providers may process information outside your state or country. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable law.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; or ask how we have used or shared your information.

Email us from the address connected to your request so we can verify your identity. We will respond within a reasonable period and explain if a legal or operational reason prevents us from fulfilling all or part of a request.

9. Children and third-party services

Our website and business services are not directed to people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our services, processes, or legal obligations change. The current version and its effective date will always appear on this page.
